It's only about an inch tall so I'm not sure how I saw this on the beach the other day, but is that not California??? Will I end up back there? Not right away, but now that the kids are adults and I'm on my own, I've been thinking about it. The Pacific Northwest is beautiful, but the weather really is getting to me. We still have June gloom and my veggies that I planted are barely surviving. Friday and Saturday are forecast to be be beautiful, but two days is not enough! I need a summer. The PNW will be home for my daughter for awhile (and it seems to be where my son has planted himself) and I love my job, so I have a lot of big reasons to stay, but California is calling too. xo
