Messy.
I love that they put a messy table on the cover of the September issue of House Beautiful! It's a great issue with fabulous colors. I'm liking lots of white these days, but it's not practical in my house with the dog. When we bought our IKEA sofa I actually bought the white slipcover along with the blue one. I've never taken the white one out of the bag. Maybe I should just do it and see how bad it gets. What the heck!

I love white too... but it always seems impractical with kids and a dog... besides... I having a husband who loves snacking on the couch... it would be dirt in no time... oh, one can only admire.... As for you... why not give it a try... do it for your birthday week and see how it goes... ya never know it may be okay???!!!
