Block Printing Class.

I took a fabulous two-day workshop at Pratt this weekend. I'm much more comfortable working with collage or letterpress, where I don't have to draw (never learned how), but I managed to come up with some simple images. It was amazing what intricate cuts the others were doing. Here are a few of my prints in black and in color. I like the idea of doing a lot more of the quilt blocks and sewing them altogether!

these turned out wonderfully... and you say you can't draw.... that watering can is fab... and I love the flowers... beautiful...and what a great idea to do a quilt with the quilt prints... I love it, I can't wait to see it!!!

this reminds me... I still have some of mine (if can fine them in all my stuff) from high school and college... it's a fun medium to do... but I agree with you... the ones that get really detailed, I don't know how they do it, I'd have cuts all over my hands....

Glad you had a great weekend... and hope you have a super week...
