PB & B & H!

I've been trying to be better about taking my lunch to work...this sandwich makes it easy. Peanut butter, banana and honey on wheat! The only problem is that I usually eat it as a snack by 10 a.m.

I love peanut butter and banana sandwiches. That would be breakfast for me. My snacks at work are lowfat yogurt with walnuts, soymilk and a banana, an apple and usually a couple of pieces of dark chocolate and some almonds. If I don't eat every couple of hours, I start to feel lightheaded so I always have lots of things on hand. :) Have a great rest of the week. Tammy
